ICT Manager – Responsible for Management and ICT Support Services (24h – 7×7)
Responsible and Manager of the following teams: Service Center, System & Database Administrator, Help Desk for PC and Telephony infrastructure for a total of 20 people.
Responsible for the SAP infrastructure in terms of reliability and management.
Deep technical and management competencies and budget administration (3M€).
Main Project activities:
– NewCo Project Implementation due to the new Hospital Property in 2012
– VOIP infrastructure development (5.000 telephones)
– VmWare server consolidation project (250 server on 3 VmWare Node) from physical to virtual.
– SAP (2.500 Users) System Management
– LIS (Laboratory Information System) System Management
– GALILEO (Electronic Patient Record System) System Management
– HP Superdome Infrastructure
– Server Virtualization (VMware)
– Disaster Recovery feasibility analysis
– HP System Manager monitoring system
– Client Software Distribution (MS SCCM)
– New Hospital information System
– Outpatient queue management system
– New Contact Center (2.500 calls each day)
– Access Control management system (included Employers’ parking automation)
– Fleet & Desktop Management (5.000 PC – Windows and Mac, 2.200 Printers)
– New Internet/Intranet technical infrastructure
– Audio and Video Conference System
– VDI (Virtual desktop infrastructure) project analysis and proof of concept and roll-out (VMware Horizon)
