Currently, I am recruited by EveriC, a Switzerland company for which I work as a senior ux/ui designer in an advisory role. I am following a very important project: redesigning the Homebanking of BPM. In addition to rethink the new flows to reduce to the minimum the customer effort during the bank operation consultation, I am also working on the UI part, redesigning every layout item through a steady implementation of guidelines to keep a coherence based on the design of the new patterns developed. One of the analysis activities I am carrying forward it the one to map the current flows, summarizing and testing through a prototype made in Invision and Principle. I use Sketch for the interface design and documentations for the development team. Furthermore, I cooperate with the marketing department to produce activities aimed to retain customers through contests

Open a bank account. Among us, who didn’t this, once, at least? Digital signatures, grafometrico signatures, providing data, various kinds of account, credit and debit cards until to the conclusion, for you, to exit the agency with a heavy bulk of paper documents. Banks are changing. Unicredit started with all of a series of digital projects conceived to offer a better service, reducing the costs. I worked just on the bank account opening, at the seat of the agency (brench) and online. The characters involved in the process are two, in the case of the agency: customers and advisor. We have so defined, these two kind of personas. Through interviews it has been defined, simultaneously, the customer journey, detecting all current issues and the improvement possibilities in the entire phase of the flow. Currently, advisors describe the various additional “modules”, through a brochure, explaining also the options offered by various kinds of cards. Also online, there is a lot of information a user finds hard to reach without having a guide. The complexity of the flow is given by the fact to be able in making logic, easy and connected, the various steps, in order to reduce the number of them, giving the perception of more simplicity and speedy (fluidity) to insert data. The idea, which came from the analysis phase, has been the one to create a sort of customization of the bank account. Hence, the user can choose additional modules, services and cards based on his/her own needs. At the agency, the advisor will be a worthy support and can offer further information to the customer, who’ll see the customization interface on the tablet used for the signature, interacting in an easy way. Once the account has been defined, we go to the information collecting step of the user (identifying). In this stage, the advisor has been advantaged. Thanks to a logic of aggregation and synthesis, many steps have been eliminated. Furthermore, thanks to a conceptual model that proceeds through the steps, the advisor diminishes the rate of error and receives, unaware, continue visual feedbacks, through colours and animations. Once defined the flow and the wireframes, I worked to implement the ui, using the guidelines of Unicredit digital. After creating the interface, I developed the prototype. From here, every week, user tests have been organized. Information and data allowed us to understand how to improve further. After applying the new modifies, the tests have been repeated. This process has been repeated for about a month, reaching and allowing the final solution with good feedbacks both from the user (customer) and advisor.

I took part to redesign the intranet website of Generali. I worked on the UI and UX part. Given the number of sections (about 70), I tried to optimize the workflow at most. Through a mapping of the possible pages, it is arisen the possibility to organize “ modules” that form pages based on the choices of the user, improving both the loading performance and consistence and visualization. For some needs, it has been not possible using Sketch, but Photoshop. Fortunately, thanks to Invision, we managed to create a large library with sections and objects that developers can browse easily to withdraw CSS, measurements, images and so on. The website, in an innovative way, aims to be the communication pin with their own employed, who can check the business dynamics in real time. It is also consultable through smartphone and tablet, thanks to a responsive and adaptation system.

Ux design and Ui designer for an ophthalmology prevention project relating to the development of an app for IOS and Android ( tablet and mobile) to be used straight at Salmoiraghi & Vigano’ resellers. The app allows children to carry out a series of visual tests offered as “games”. At the end, parents can have the results all of a series of information about the treatment and prevention of view issues of their children. I worked to develop this product, following UCD methodology (defining personas, scenarios, etc.). I also developed the UI part.

Athesis project represents an innovation for newspapers in Brescia and Verona. It is based on an app allowing Paywall subscriptions to enjoy all editorial content: newspapers, sport weekly papers, magazines and much more. Given to the complexity to enjoy their content, I had to scan and map the current digital channels, to make the system efficient and easy to use. After creating the first wireframes, I worked to define the UI, integrating and implementing design patterns to ease the content search. I developed the idea of a system of alerts that are triggered through keywords. When a new news contains that particular keyword, a notification is received by the user.

Powepad is a CMS multiplatform. I worked to develop both the Ux design and visual design part. The complexity of functions and the possibilities offered by the platform pushed me to create two usage options: basic users and advanced users. I developed all the sides linked to the interaction of these two kinds of user: wireframes, visual design and guidelines for interaction, up to the prototype to test how users explain the visual interface and if they managed to understand the concept of the platform. To date, the platform developed hundreds of sites including newspapers 

I worked on the web development of the main national online newspapers, including Il Tempo, La Stampa, Agi and Expresso group (Repubblica). My role included design definition in term of “content organization” to reach the goals of my customers (increase page views, article sharing, visual hierarchy of content): analysis (through analytics) to have quantitative data, design definition and interaction among the newspapers and branding declination on the websites through visual and UI design, up to the development of the html code and the various section templates. I have been an advisor at Seat Pagine Gialle for an assignment relating to their Multisite system for a massive development of their websites. I integrated a responsive global system on all of the websites developed, working straight to their platforms. 

English web agency which mainly works internationally. I followed both advertising campaigns (Playstation, You and Agip, Fiditalia) and the development part of the websites. I interacted straight with customers and introduced them demo and mockup, up to elaborate the html code and and css cross browser with w3c validation.
