Board/HR Department (october 2011 – october 2014)
– Project Manager for the project of the new HR application (ZUCCHETTI Infinity): scope, goals, Project Implementation Document, planning for internal resources  involved in the project, training planning and execution; monitoring of the project plan execution; test certification; go-live; post go-live support. The activities of implementation were executed by the supplier, according with company requirements.
– ZUCCHETTI system manager: anomalies management; SW updates; users training; reports implementation with advanced tools and / or SQL standard; development of ORACLE PLSQL procedures and scheduled processes (“BAT” + SQL LOADER) for migration/integration
– Focal Point for issues related to the procurement processes: verify the commitments of the company and the supplier invoices; monitor of the communication between Procurement, Logistics and Accounting departments; prepare reports for management and company board.
Technical Department (april 2011 – september 2011)
– Project Manager for the project of the new tool for Clinical Engineering equipment (ESAOTE INFOHEALTH).
– INFOHEALTH system manager: inventory management, user training, Data Migration from MS Excel to ORACLE (queries, views, stored procedures).
– Project Manager for the revision of the workflow management of technical/complex projects under the responsibility of the Procurement Department.
Information System Department (september 2007 – march 2011)
– Responsible of the SW development and Help Desk teams: planning activities for developers, analysts and IT HD; project documentation (UR, functional and technical analysis, test books and test planning, installation and closure).
– Responsible of all the projects of electronic document (DMS SIAV):
– supply chain documents: integration with the accounting system. I performed the analysis and development of procedures ORACLE PL / SQL (SP / SF, PACKAGE, TRIGGER) on the accounting system in order to generate the integration of metadata and scanned documents.
– tax records: integration of the delivery system of invoices with the DMS.
– Project Manager of the project of the development of the system for the automated management of amounts paid to professionals for the services provided within the company departments. The system was integrated with ERP and Business Intelligence.
Focal Point for the step of data migration from the old accounting system to the new ERP (ORACLE APPLICATIONS).

From September 2001 To August 2007: Analyst/Developer/IT Project Manager – ICON srl
At VODAFONE – VODAFONE ONE Loyalty program:
• Software Development (ORACLE SQL/PLSQL, JAVA, C++, UNIX Shell). 
• Planning of the activities of 3/8 resources (technical documentation  release, analysis, development and testing) using MS Project. The planning was a step within the company project plan of deliveries (called “CANVASS” Go-Live). There were 6 CANVASS per year.
• Implementation of an internal tool (MS Excel) for the automated estimation of the activities cost in term of work days.
• Implementation of Functional, Interface and Architectural Specifications (in Italian or English, in some cases using UML diagrams, depending on customer requirements) from the agreed documents (User Request).
