Emails are configured at each stages of approval. This online system reduces lot of paper work and helps in centralized management of data.

· Built custom Input, Edit and View forms using designer.
· Created Visual Web Parts and user control to provide links to other web sites.
· Created sequential workflow using designer for different levels of approvals by using impersonation steps.

Description:
The ‘Document Management System’ (DMS) is document information capturing software. which has four modules Printing Documents, Scanning Documents, Processing Documents and viewing reports. Printed documents are the attendance sheets for the workers which have worker ID, worker Name, barcodes and empty boxes where the Supervisor would mark the attendance. After the attendance sheets are marked they are scanned where the markings are read using OMR and OCR. After scanning they are processed which gets stored in the SQL database. The processed documents can be seen through document viewing portal.
Contribution:
· Windows and CTRIX Client support for the site users and solving problems with Print Spooler service.
· Tested the functionality of each module through CITRIX by considering various inputs and scenarios in
real time.
· Prepared test reports against identified issues in each module.
· Application Support for the site users with regard to document printing, processing and viewing.
· SQL Support for the application on updating the attendance records for monthly reconciliation.
