 I am a project manager with deep experience leading to large development teams, from the drafting of prerequisites to implementation, to support and maintenance organization.
 Solution-oriented professional with 21 years of significant and progressive experience in Information Technology, initially on industrial applications in the automation and robotics sector, today with a greater focus on data collection and processing through highly reliable applications.

 22 exams in Electronic Engineering Degree, at the “Politecnico” of Turin (unfinished studies due to family problems).

Professional experiences
I started to work in this field in 1987. After a few years as programmer and
analyst, I continued working as a specialist consultant (1990).
I initially worked in the robotics field. Later I expanded my field of interest to
software engineering issues. For many years, I have practiced structured analysis
and design methods, trying to transform information systems from traditional to
distributed architectures.
From 1994, I mainly dealt with managing development teams, supporting this
activity with object -oriented analysis and design techniques, UML, requirements
management and development process.
I worked as a consultant, mainly for prestigious companies in various sectors
(industry, services, banks, telecommunications, public administration).
In 2000, I was commissioned to manage an important company and I had the
opportunity to gain experience in sectors not specifically technical, improving my
skills in the commercial and administrative field.
From 2011, I have been Officer at the “Pietro Fiorentini S.p.A”, where I held
various positions in the IT sector.
In 2018, I started a new work experience at Shanghai, China.
I have been in charge of the realization of 23 products and in the management
of 19 significant projects, with undoubted successes.
