Sono nel settore IT da oltre un ventennio, ho ricoperto varie mansioni partendo da System Engineer a Presales Engineer. Ho lavorato in contesti Enterprise occupandomi di IT customer service managment per clienti italiani ed Europei  Attualmente mi occupo di progetti IT nell'ambito data availability/security operando come project/service manager essendo l'interfaccia primaria tra il cliente ed il team di progetto.

Integration of the business activities through constant relations with the customers to the aim to
supply specific impact evaluation and specific project. Support and production of documentation it
is proactive character (preliminary presentations, meeting, technical transfer…) that reactive
