• October 2011 – Present Franco Tosi Meccanica SpA, LEGNANO (MI) – ITALIA, Turbines manufacturing for power generation. Project Manager Contracts and projects management in Service Area. Management of different kind of contracts, from spares supplies to full equipped steam turbines packages, power plants revamping and upgrading, new machinery on-site erection and commissioning. The main tasks include the arrangement of the activities, according the technical specifications, the coordination of the different internal departments, sample engineering, purchasing, financial allowances and production in order to achieve the project goals. Essentially, success in terms of costs, timing and customer satisfaction. The external aspects are related to the development of relationships, mainly with the customers, though a direct contact with suppliers. Solid communication always leads to better feedback.
