– Tender support: Provide a central support to all European tenders, elaborate tender’s offers, and validate PMC contribution in line with the EMEA KAM manager.
– Harmonize and develop Key Account Best Practices (Automate Reporting tools, other transversal projects…) to strengthen processes
– Prepare National and European meetings (PPT, organizational, …)
– Consolidate the EMEA Key Account Activity Budgets (250 M€)
– Organize Meetings and Events (Ferrari, Iveco, Alfa Romeo etc.) in Germany, France, Italy… for the Activity and manage the according Budget
– Trade Marketing, analysis on product sales & actions definition
– Monitor and follow-up EMEA KA extractions
– Ensure monthly results consolidations & publications
– Automate KA tools/Database at central level
– Monitor EMEA KA Trainings on Marketing and Business Data tracking
– Follow, understand and analyze KA figures coming from the markets in order to challenge them and maximize business opportunities.
