Main stream: organization of SOA, based on BIAN service landscape. Last achievements  Implementation of 3 Pillars related to PSD2 (BCE Payment Service Directive 2): – Inbound-Outbound services – Security assessment – Data/account integration  Deep involvement in Outsourcing process related to several Corporate Customers’ Payment processing flows (Italy and Germany).  Implementation of Architecture design related to a back-end Integration layer of Systems belonging to Antifraud. (Business processes design, Workflow design, ESB design).  Enhancement of ESB Architecture related to Credits area, enlarging the scope to incorporate German Legal Entities.  Design of cross LOBs event-data driven Architecture for offloading of data from Mainframe, providing to business users and data scientists, information for Data driven decision making.

(from 2008 to 2015) Chief Architect Company: Infracom I worked in Infracom as Chief Architect, managing operation architectures of 2 large accounts (RCS, Tecnocasa). My duties were: design and manage ICT infrastructures, delivery planning and coordination. I leaded a team of 15 resources split in 3 groups, with a focal point for each one. I was the Company interface with customers, technology partners and suppliers. I was also responsible of SLA management.
