functionality, Document Generation functionality and Role Management. Performed various
maintenance activities to an existing application by which eliminating manual processing which requires
information to be entered into multiple applications, allowing for a single point of entry. Enhanced the
current forms so that they are more flexible and dynamic and allowing users to process unlimited ‘real
time’ transactions on a policy per day. Document generation involves decoupling document generation
capability from individual applications and to centralize the capability, standardize the templates and
better management of templates and ensuring a professional look and feel for the templates.
Enhanced existing features/transactions such as New Business, Renewal, Endorsement, Re-issue and
introduced new features such Broker Commission Change, Cancellation, Mid-term broker change,
Reversal, Backdated Endorsement, Year-end Annual Adjustment and Extension.
