Principali attività e responsabilità The first year (2010 – 2011) I was appointed to define the framework for the services about Datacenter Service Delivery, identifying processes and procedures of the our Service Management Center (SMC) organization.  In the same year as result of the change of Fujitsu management, I have been assigned to manage Outsourcing contracts.

Role: Project Management

Main projects : As Local Project Manager I managed a worldwide customer. One of the main was Kering group, leader in the Luxury business. I was part of a wide International Team in different countries such as Kazan (Russia) for operation delivery, Paris (France) for Solution specialist and Firenze (Italy) for Projects management. The activities were focus to manage projects based on the deployment of single or multiple infrastructure systems in several locations such as France, Zurich and Hong Kong. The main tasks were as follow :

Participation to Italy & EMEA projects,

Setup and implement project processes and formalism,

Maintain Italy projects list & status up-to-date

Drive project meetings and publish minutes,

Manage local Fujitsu resources if needed on some projects,

Ensure risks management are under control,

Ensure all documents and projects forms are provided to, and used by the customer.

ESN LLP (European Security Network ) – as Implementation and Management for the Outsourcing services of a consortium composed of n.10 European banks, called ESN.

After implemented the project for the centralization of the various IT components (HW and SW) spread across Europe to TDS (Fujitsu company) in Germany ( Neckarsulm ), where we have our DATACENTER, for three years as SDM I lead a cohesive virtual team of all Fujitsu service delivery resources and external partners to deliver as one service team to the customer. I was responsible for delivering with in the forecast agreements of the engagement P&L.  I worked actively with the service owners to improve productivity and overall effectiveness to achieve ongoing performance improvements.

Principali attività e responsabilità 2006-2010  Deal Implementation Application Manager

Activities:

Manage of a Central delivery Team for 1° level SW Support, n.21 SW Engineers mixed between HP employees & 3P. The Team allocated in a virtual environment  in accordance to the SLA and adaptation of the customer environments.

The main customers were: VODAFONE, FASTWEB (Telcom) – FERRARI  (Automotive) – S.PAOLO/INTESA (Financial) – SNAM (Energy) – GUCCI  (Fashion).

Supervise delivery processes for non standard deliverables to assure SLA attainment and to favoring the cross organizational resources, sharing help to develop HP-OS business

Contribute to delivery costimprovements utilizing the most standard and recent support delivery methodologies

Proactively propose enhancements to all involved parties in order to improve the quality of service and its delivery costs effectiveness as well as to help and develop HPS business.

2004 – 2005  Role: Project Manager/Deal Delivery Mngr.

Activities:

At the begin assigned to H3G as PM involved into C&I Maintenance Application Team. Subsequently passed on Area BSS as DDM with the responsibility of Test/Deployment of two Areas: RMS Usage & Office Application with Maintenance too.
Collaboration with the Development team to establish the best life cycle of maintenance

2003  Role: Project Manager

Activities:

Participation to various plans as start-up of contracts ofHW Service delivery, meaningful the start-up where I designed the delivery processes about H3G’s Shops : n.175 Flag-ship, n.1500 GDO.

Worthy of famous Prj. wasthe European Conference on the E-Government during the Italian’s presidency semester and where they have seen the participation of HP’s Top Managers : (SVP WW HP-TSG ) and her European staff, (SVP EMEA HP-TSG), (A.D. HP Italy) etc., to the different conferences with the most European Ministers.

In recognition of the optimal executed job, as HP’s PM I have been awarded of the certificate of merit by the Italian’s Ministry of Technologies (see attach.).

As CS/PM my task was to plan the roll-out of the  all HP HW components as well as a temporary Datacenter designed to support the IT Infrastructure:  25 servers rack mounted, 125 printing of different models  + consumption materials, 420 PC/notebook/tablet pc, 225 iPAQ connected to the Wireless LAN existing all over the exhibition (11.000 msq.)  and available for more than 1000 attendees ( Ministers responsible for eGov. & ICT, delegations from the 15 Member States plus 10 new Member States (Eastern European countries), Local Administrations (Communities, Municipalities, Regions), Extra EU Governments: Canada, China, Russia, Singapore. On my owner responsibility there was also to build the  Maintenance support  process during the event as well as the Team of Maintenance.

2002  Account Operational Manager (WIND)

Activities:

Managed a Team of 23 engineers displaced on-site in three main customer branches (Marghera – Ivrea -Milan 2 Locations), covering the fleet managementfor the following services: IMAC, Maintenance HW/SW, Inventory, Disk imaging, Logistic

Drawing-up of the operating procedures for maintenance assistant

1995 – 1999   ICL-Sorbus  Role: Team Leader (Rome)

Activities:

Managed the startup (Area center south) of the Technical Team for the systems and Storage Mainframe IBM, supporting the Sales office to drawing up of the technical detailed lists for maintenance contracts, as well as leading the discussion any proposed changes or improvements to the Service, with the contract team, and any other relevant parties.
Take day to day responsibility for the ownership and resolution (including any referral or escalation as may be necessary) of all issues related to HW problem.
Ensure continuous alignment with the customer needs : Change work pattern, workloads, revised aims and objectives

1990 – 1995   Eurotech- Sorbus  Role: Technical Support

Activities:

Stage of 1 year as technical support for Decision One (IT Division service of Bell Atlantic with HQ to Philadelphia).  Participation with technical attendance in the area of New York (Manhattan) – During the year I did some refreshing courses on Main frame and Storage IBM.  Subsequently I have been returned to Italy and assigned as technical coordinator with the duty to manage the service of Ass. Tec. HW on the area of Milan.
