• I am currently providing L3 level assistance in Arcserve Global support team
• I handle issues escalated by Level 1 and Level 2 engineers on Arcserve Backup and Arcserve UDP from Linux/UNIX perspective in Cloud/Hypervisor/Physical infrastructure
