Principali attività e responsabilità 08/16 ÷ …….  – present ABG – Accenture – (US Rental Car Company) Italian Pilot Project for install in Europe corporate ERP system, I'm involved like Finance Business Analyst Leader (analysis of process, define new approach to the business, draw new implementation, training, go in live and support to the business)

04/15 ÷ 08/16 – MaryKay – Deloitte (US Cosmetics Company) Like Business Analyst (translate and apply the US Global format in European countries) I’m involved in different roll out across Europe (Spain, Portugal, Germany) for the MK branches in Finance environment.

08/12 ÷ 04/15 – Terex Corp. (US Manufacturing Company) Involved in a new ERP installation. Starting from a Global Model we have replicated it in Italy in three plant, in agree with all Italian regulations. I have participated, like local Business Analysis, from design analysis until project delivery, and support after live.

04/12 ÷ 08/12 –  Kahramaa – Deloitte (Utility Company in Qatar) Team Business Analyst Leader for review the accounting, integrity and reconciliation process.  

03/11 ÷ 04/12 – State Street Bank – Deloitte (American Bank with subsidiary in Italy – based in Milan HQ) Like Business Analyst involved in rollout of corporate Oracle eBS 11.5.2. in Italy Planned and conducted migration from legacy system to corporate eBS platform.  Designed, documented, tested and implemented corporate solution for Italian Statutory compliance (including banking legislation) without using standard Italian Localizations and Global Accounting Engine (AX).  Defined and implemented other process improvements.

01/10 ÷ 02/11 – In SVP Europe (SVP Worldwide) in Milan. Part of IT Team for Italian rollout of JDE with title of “Business Analyst for ERP System". My principal role was point of reference for all Oracle users in Italy.  Duties included managing all activities related IT department in Italy: support for ERP System, manage budget, manage relationship with supplier, plan new software implementations. Reported directly to Finance Director/CFO.

05/06÷ 12/09 – B&B Italia Spa Project Leader in a new implementation. The company chose the eBS. Duties involved managing the implementation for Finance and Distribution.  Based in the headquarters in Novedrate then Milan, London and New York where B&B has stores. Role involved managing the supplier (IBM Team with 20 people and technicians offshore in India). Reported to B&B IT Manager.

08/05÷ 04/06 – "Senior Consultant" (freelance).  Involved in the Oracle implementation for Giorgio Armani SpA.   The platform was for all entities worldwide.  Based in Milan. Main focus was Finance Procure to Pay.

02/05÷ 08/05 – "Senior Consultant" (freelance). , Involved in the Oracle eBS implementation for Fiera di Milano Groups. Duty was team leader with focus are of AR.

10/03 ÷ 02/05 – AGIP KCO as "Cost Control Advisor" (Italian Oil Join Venture) in ERP Department. Based in Den Haag (Holland).  Member of large, international team implementing JD Edwards ERP system.  Focus areas were Finance & Distribution.  AGIP KCO has two subsidiaries: one in London and one in Atyrau (Kazakstan) requiring on-site support at these locations.

04/01 ÷ 09/03 ALGOL CONSULTING "Senior Consultant Team Leader".  Implemented Oracle AR, AP, OM, GL for clients: SAI (Insurance Company) and in Clivet (an Industrial Company).  Also worked on CRM for SMAU (the largest Exhibition Company in Italy) and Discoverer for H3G (a Telephone Company).  Other achievements as part of this firm were:  managing the rollout of JDE's World Software in Unichips Spain (a Food Company) and the Control of Management of JDE's One World in Fini (a Food Company)

11/99 ÷ 03/01 PROXIMA a division of IBM Global Value and "Channel Partner” of J.D.Edwards. As consultant adviser, managed the implementations of ONE WORLD and WORLD SOFTWARE products in several large Italian enterprises:

CESI (an ENEL's test Company) One World and Job Cost.  Other assignments were:

AERIMPIANTI (an Engineering Company) World Software and Job Cost – managed the implementation of Job Cost on WS

LORO PIANA (a Wool Factory Company) One World and Finance – implemented the General Accounting, defined the bases of the Control of Management on OW

BURGO (a Paper-Mill Company) One World and Finance – implemented the Customers and Suppliers

ZEGNA BARUFFA (a Wool Factory Company) One World and Finance – implemented Customers and Suppliers

JPMC (a Mining Company) located in Jordan One World and Job Cost – managed the implementation of the module Job Cost

CEFLA (an Engineering Company) One World, Job Cost & Finance

At the same time, attended several trainings: Work Flow and Finance on OW, IBM's Business English and several Proxima's courses.

… '94 – 10/98 VENTACO (a Building Engineering Company).

Engaged by owners to define business procedures. In '95, with the qualification of “E.D.P. Manager", involved in choosing the new Information System. This mean: requirements gathering, defining architecture of the new Information System and software selection, followed by implementation and ISO 9001 certification. Also performed various project management tasks including non-Finance, technical certifications for products. Also attended an AOQC's course for "Auditor"; and was also in charge to acquit everything concerning the duties of the job place "D.L. 626/94".
