I have 20+ years of experience gained in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Greece, South Africa, Canada and the US, in a variety of industries and on enterprise projects ranging from very small to extra large. I am endlessly expanding the improvement toolbox  with the aim to identify short term opportunities/risks on a sound architectural footing (commercial results focus enabled by and aligned with an agile organisational structure).

Typically, my priority is on (increasing) the speed by which (new) products or services reach the market. Speed to the market is quintessence of innovation and therefore of commercial success. I excel at swiftly visualising alternative business goals, commercial opportunities and technical risks, and lead in proposing the way forward.
