Act as a liaison between IT and the business system users on any operational issues or requests

Ensuring all KPI’s in the SLAs with the business units are met
Provides business system support in incident management process  (Remedy on Demand, JIRA)
Represents the first stage of escalation for Incidents within Service Levels.
Participation in business/technical analysis, support implementations, configuration, integration, verification along with troubleshooting of existing solutions 
Secure the functionality and technical quality of deliveries in customer projects
Analyzing test results and investigating the root causes
Regular and ad hoc reports and scripts (UNIX shell, PLSQL, SQL, SOAP) development and support
Coordinating, tracking and compliance (correction) of transactions on billing, rating and collection of supplement systems, with partners and third parties, on daily and monthly basis
Plan, organize and execute tests and trainings on the functionality of the system
