In Youniversal I’ve the responsibility to manager all IT Team for analyse performance, the structure of the operations and to improve the real life of the team, their perception of the “fundamental square” of production, them growth and them continuous improvement based of empowerment and the correct authority level.

I’m involved in this role for IT Team and Marketing Team that are the core teams of my company, which have  different requirement but the same importance in actual environment.

On Marketing team I’ve introduced Kanban framework memetic to improve their effectiveness their throughput and the lead  time.

In Youniversal I'm a Project Manager and Scrum Master.

We use Agile methodologies and Atlassian Jira software to achieve the best result with the best effort usage in the less possible time.

At the moment we are engaged in developing a service in the Hospitality field that help people and company to meet their needs: the people to find a job and the company to find the best candidate (www.jobvalet.com).

Manage life line of Postel solution Electronic Billing solution. Design the solution for new version of Postel Product named “DataCerta On Line”. This solution is based on SOA services environment type. I’ve managed all phases of delivery of the product using SCRUM methodology framework involving Marketing peoples, IT peoples other internal and external stakeholders. For this project I’ve written some database interaction functionalities using Scala Programming Language.
