•    Direct and manage the activities of EF and partner company teams in the preparation of consolidated technical and commercial bid documentation
•    Negotiate with NETMA and National Air forces representatives to achieve Proposal approval
•    Manage the execution of contracted Contract Change Proposal and Contract No.4 Task Proposal
•    Manage Customer Certified Individual, Joint Certificate of Achievements, invoicing and payment claims
•    Contribute to Contract No.4 Future Modification Contract, The Eurofighter 2000 Weapon System contract, defining and evolving innovation gate processes and task managers forums with EPC’s and NETMA

•    Developed and managed enterprise wide systems, working with the client to define project requirements and translate business objectives into tactical plans
•    Managed the development, design, testing and operational launch of the project
•    Led projects that introduced middleware services that enhanced efficiency and single data entry in a system scenario deriving from Qwest’s merge and acquisitions
•    Developed enterprise wide architecture and system to support flow-through provisioning of Data Product such as Wholesale Dial, Business Dial, Dial VPN, and Network VPN
•    Managed and led the implementation of Qwest’s Customer Account Record Exchange (CARE) system and  Reject Management tool to address PIC rejects for big VNS customer decreasing reject resolution time resulting in increased revenue for Qwest
