* Kaiser Permanente Website Presence Platform (kp.org): Managed, lead and implemented the initial installation of the Active-Active infrastructure of CA for kp.org project: 72 full redundant servers, 3 NAS, 15 clusters, Robotic units, network devices including accelerators, firewalls, Load balancers, Searched devices and Cloud Enabled VMs. Led $18M project to 100% time match of planned delivery (3% Schedule Variance), and 98% budget match.

* Cerner Millennium Performance Test and Remediation: Leader and manager of Remediation Sidetrack of a high critical National Application for Hospitals and Regional Labs. Managed external and internal resources, Partners, Stakeholders and Application providers. Tested, proved and remediated unsatisfactory performances of a multi-billion mission critical application.

* Kp.org-I (SanGard): Provided Continuous Availability infrastructure services for in-house SunGard project, 32 servers, 80 Virtual Machines, all the network layers. Managed external resources as well all the internal services to meet delivery dates with 0% tolerance on planned VAC (Variance at Completion). Active – Inactive solution
