Project Manager
within Information Technology department I have been responsible of startup projects, such as:
Launch on the market of the Fiber technology connectivity for Vodafone customers;
IT Transformation projects;
o Definition of the phasing, time schedule of each phase and project control;
o Leading the design and the development teams (about 50 people);
o Customer interface during design and development in order to monitor the project.
o Verifying the fitting level of customer requirements;
o Coordinating many suppliers involved in the projects (IBM, Accenture, Reply,…)
PREVIOUS OCCUPATION
1. Project manager for Vodafone DSL project with Vodafone Omnitel NV since 2007 to 2011.
This project foresaw the design and development from scratch of new infrastructures in order to
sell bandwidth and typical services of a wired network.
Main responsibilities:
Definition of the phasing, time schedule of each phase and cost control;
Leading the design and the development teams (about 50 people);
Internal customer and suppliers (such as IBM, Accenture,”¦) interfacing during each phase;
Verifying product quality by monitoring each phase until 4 months after the launch
2. Project leader for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications with Vodafone Omnitel NV
since 2005 to 2007.
My main activities were focused on designing new CRM applications based on Clarify platform and 3G
services based on new technologies (e.g. MMS). Those services had to be compliant with customer
requirements, law regulation and technical specification.

3. Project leader for voice network infrastructure area with Vodafone Omnitel NV since 2002 to 2005.
I had the full responsibility of projects regarding Vodafone Call Center architecture definition and services
delivery. Our customers were other Vodafone departments such as Marketing, Sales and Customer Care.
Main job responsibilities:
Design, dimensioning and implementation of voice/data network infrastructures
Design, dimensioning ant testing Vodafone Call Center in VoIP technology: in less than two years all
call center sites were migrated to VoIP infrastructure.
Design and testing of multimedia services based on SIP protocol.

4. Network analyst with Omnitel Pronto Italia Spa. Information Technology division, since 2000 to 2002.
My activity referred to design and implementation of either live or automated call centre services provided
by Omnitel to customers.
5. Technical specialist with Ericsson Telecommunications, enterprise division, from 1998 to 2000. I
worked in Stockholm Ericsson’s headquarter as specialist in the implementation of ACD services, voice
recognition systems and unified messaging.
Regarding such products, in few months I became the reference for my colleagues and for Ericsson’s
partners in the North of Italy.
6. Network data analyst with Bull Italia Spa, networking division, from 1997 to 1998. I designed and
implemented a multi-protocol data network. I got a good knowledge of the most common technologies and
the network elements used to implement a complex wide area network. In particular I became familiar with
the configuration of “Bay Networks” (Today Nortel) and “Cisco” machines.
