Primary responsibilities: 

Resources (Department of over 1000 Resources)
•    Operational accountability for the according resource management processes and reporting
•    Development, implementation and rollout of a fully integrated End2End resource/capacity management process – integrated in the PPM tool
•    Resource Forecasts, Planning and Scenario Analysis
•    Define, communicate, plan and maintain strategy and roadmap for the corresponding practice
•    Align and communicate practice strategy as well as roadmap with Head of Governance and Planning
•    Drive the practice according to the defined plan, break down the practice roadmap to working packages and tasks and execute them together with the practice (senior) analysts team

Tooling – Implementation of Tool-based (Keydin PPM) Resources Management and Reporting from an Excel-based way of working

•    Implementation of all Resources-Profile Data (Name, Location, Segment, Role, Job Title, Line Manager etc.) from Excel onto the Project Management tool
•    Implementation of all Financial Data related to the Resources (Forecasting and Cross-Charging Rates, Actual Cost, Daily and Hourly Rates for contracted Resources
•    Implementation of Resources Allocation process vs New and Running Projects in order to manage the Internal Capacity vs the Incoming Demand. 
•    Reporting on Resources Financials (Forecasted Costs vs Actuals) and how this links to the Project’s RAGStatus
•    Reporting on Resources utilisation (Opex Activities vs Capex Activities)    

2014 – 2016  Performgroup:           PMO Resource Manager

Primary responsibilities: 

Resources
•    Overlooking and facilitating the movement of the pool of software development staff between projects, ensuring the most appropriate mix of capabilities are mapped to the right business cases. 
•    Act as key point of contact for all resource related questions and issues, providing recommendations and advice to the Product Owners, working closely with the Delivery Leads Scrum Masters and Tech Leads, ensuring that scrum teams are designed and designated in an optimal manner.
•    Ensure that all SD staff are utilised against business cases.

Reporting
•    Capture and report on development progress with the assistance of Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Delivery Leads.
•    The reporting process involves: collecting all PMO Status Reports from Product Owners, review and consolidate the info received in order to make sure all reports are accurate and deliver the PMO Monthly Report to the Head of PMO, Director of Technology and CTO.
•    Key areas of the Monthly Report for ongoing projects are: High Level Project Summary, review of the current RAG Status of the project, Risks collection and evaluation, Dependencies review, highlight of pending Decisions to be made and capture of Completed/Planned activities.
•    Maintain Monthly PMO Meetings for all ongoing projects with Product Owners, Product Directors (when required), Scrum Masters and Delivery Leads.  
        

2009 – 2014:  Testronic                       Resources and Operations Manager/Senior Localisation Coordinator

•    Maintaining ownership of the department’s schedule (ensured correct resourcing for all projects and early warning of foreseeable bench time and other resources related issues).
•    Ensuring adequate utilization of permanent staff in order to reduce daily costs and maximize the profit margins for the company.
