Since 2011 Employer JT International Italia S.r.l., Milan, Italy Business Sector Manufacturing Job Title IT Department – IT Business Processes Manager Main activities and responsibilities Manages Business Processes Area within the Market IT Department with two persons directly reporting to him. Reports his activities to Market IT Director. Responsible for IT budget controlling, supports IT Director for budget planning. Drives design, development, implementation, and decommissioning of Market IT Business Application's systems/services in alignment with business requirements and expectations. Fully responsible for regular and proper maintenance of Market IT Projects Portfolio and Market IT Business Applications Portfolio. Responsible for Market IT contracts preparation and execution, in coordination with Legal and PPO Departments. Responsible for Market IT external Vendors management, ensuring that they meet agreed-upon service level agreements, to secure stable and reliable environment for business users. Responsible for the localization of Corporate IT Policies and Procedures in coordination with Legal and HR Departments. Ensures Market IT Business Application's systems proper documentation. Ensures quality execution (by the Market IT Business Application Team) and systems/services performance according to Corporate IT processes, methodologies, and frameworks. Ensures appropriate level of training across Business Community.
