Responsible for managing execution and analytics of key Global Field Services Fulfilment processes.
Specific responsibilities:
? directing the movement of data across multiple systems;
? overseeing data validation and organization and making sure that they are available to appropriate
people and systems within the organization
? analysing Field Service Engineer fulfilment performance and key metrics, identifying and resolving
issues
? providing on-going consultation and technical assistance, directly interfacing with Field Service
Engineers for problem resolution related to delays or critical items.
? participating in IT problem root cause investigations and resolve workflows.
? supporting the implementation of IT solutions in line with customer needs
? responsible for the analysis and periodic monitoring of IT solutions proposed
? providing daily and weekly reports, managing shared folders and international calls, interfacing with
Project Managers, Service Managers, Regional Leaders all over the world.
? monitoring Service Requests lifecycle in order to ensure to fulfil the request and its target timescales
? managing metrics needed to judge the effectiveness and efficiency of service request fulfilment ( total
number of service requests (for trend analysis), breakdown of service requests at each stage (e.g.
logged, work in progress, closed, etc.), size of the current backlog of outstanding service requests,
mean elapsed time for handling each type of service request , number and percentage of service
requests completed within agreed target times).

Managing the phase two of the "new supplier’s qualification system" project of GE Oil&Gas; this phase of
the project was aiming at importing, cleaning, transforming, validating and modelling data during the
transition from old to new supplier’s qualification system of GE Oil&Gas and was divided into three
subprojects : Data Analysis, Data Capture, Data Reporting.
As a process analyst, my duties were:
"Data Analysis" subproject:
? Identifying problematic areas and conducting research to determine the best course of action to correct
the data
? Analyzing reports of data to provide ongoing appropriate interdepartmental communication and monthly
or daily data reports
? Monitoring for timely and accurate completion of select data
? Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
? Monitoring data dictionary statistics
"Data Capture" subproject::

? Managing the development and maintenance of databases and data systems necessary for projects
? Managing the acquisition and abstraction phase of data from existing internal or external data sources
? Managing the development and implementation of strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data
quality
? Managing the team that did data entry
"Data Reporting" subproject:
? Interpreting data and developing recommendations based on findings
? Managing the development of graphs, reports, and presentations of project results
? Performing basic statistical analyses for projects and reports
? Creating and presenting quality dashboards
? Generating routine and ad hoc reports
As a Project inspection Coordinator, my duties were:
? Maintaining and managing the inspecting/expediting relationship with the client.
? Undertaking receipt of request for service from client
? Expediting the overall inspecting process and all necessary documents from vendors to the client
? Maintaining contact with the vendor and reviewing any client concerns or new actions required
? Instructing field personnel on proper use of client forms
? Sourcing and finding qualified inspectors for specific assignments by location, experience and
availability
? Auditing inspector reports and timesheets for accuracy
? Following-up regularly with clients and inspectors to ensure assignment /job performance satisfaction
? Exercising daily report handling – reviewing, processing, and issuing – for expediting reports
? Preparing weekly reports issued to management
