Jan 2015 – Present:  I’m working at Huawei as Project Manager. I’m working on the first SON (OSS for Self Organizing Network) Trial project in Vodafone Network.

Nov 2012 – Jan 2015 (2 years, 2 months):  I’ve worked at Huawei as Service Manager on multiple Managed Services, acting as a point of reference between vendor and mobile carriers.

One key activity of this role was the initial phases that included feasibility analysis (timing and costs)  and functional analysis (requirements and process). Following a list of the main managed services:

·    2G/3G Cluster Insight: a turnkey service built on a complex multi layer analysis:  deep KPI analysis (OSS & DT), RF and HW capacity study, deep troubleshoot activity, RNP optimization, RNO optimization (Neighbouring and RF parameters optimization).

·     2G Frequency Refarming: I was involved in the early phase of the service contributing in process and procedure finalization and validation.

·    4G PCI/RSI Planning & optimization (VDF network wide).

·    Data Management Tool support (CME).

Gen 2012 – Nov 2012 (11 months): I worked for Vodafone-IT as Professional Consultant. I provided consultancy in the network management handover process between vendor and mobile carrier. This project needed a deep analysis and assessment of Vodafone work flow and a Re-engineering of the Huawei data production and implementation processes and procedures in a Vodafone compliant view. I was also in charge of training to the main stakeholder.

Gen 2011 – Dec 2011 (12 months): I worked for Huawei as RF Engineer providing Technical and Management Support on VDF Swap Project in RAN Dep, moreover I provided Troubleshoot and Technical Support to RNO and Regional departments.

Jan 2007– Dec 2010 (3 years  11 months):  At Nokia Siemens Network with the role of RAN-Team Leader I’ve been responsible for the technical-query  & trouble-ticket support group for H3G customer. This activity required a close cooperation with international R&D departments.

Nov 2002 – Jan 2007 (4 years  2 months): I worked at Siemens Communications into "Carrier Service UMTS" area as RAN Engineer. Responsibilities included onsite consultancy  support to main customers, integration/upgrading support, field acceptance tests (PQR), tuning, troubleshooting, problem-fixing and training. I took part to the following projects:

·      2006–2007:  Pilot project on Femto Cell technology (TIM operator).

·      2005–2006: RNO and KPI analysis in order to reach the thresholds at Cluster level Site acceptance in a big Swap Project (2900 sites) for Wind Customer.

      2002–2005: Commissioning, maintenance, optimization and tuning on the first Italian UMTS network (H3G operator).

 2001 – 2002 (10 months): Stage at R.Pierre Digital. I worked as Project Analyst on a new advanced automatic remote management system for PBX and IP Router.

1998 – 2001 – IT Technical Support at Guillemot (Hercules & Thrustmaster).
