Project Manager (International Projects)

Responsible of the TPM suite implementation in Italy, Germany and USA for Davide Campari. It is a multicountry and multiyear program which will involve 21 countries on a 5 years’ timeframe.

Lead and manage a team of about 20 people involving technical and functional consultants, business advisors and Solution & Technical leaders.
Manage project economics in Navision applying the Earned Value Method and cash to cash processes preparing Purchase orders for suppliers and supporting invoicing activities for the customer.
Schedule work items, deadlines and milestones of project plans accordingly with the project scope shared with the customer.
