ME My strong experience as a System Engineer and Architect led me in 2011 to be appointed Head of Datacenter
Italy and in the next year immediately to share the role of focal point in the European and World environment with
German colleagues (EMEA-N) and colleagues both Japanese (HeadQuarter), Americans and Indians (NA
Teams). In recent years, in addition to the role of System Architect, I have also been invested with the role of
Project Manager and Technical Leader for cross country projects. At the same time I coordinated the Italian Team
in charge of infrastructure and operational projects aimed at both internal and European initiatives. I organized as
PM/TL/Architect, in Italy, the development of hosting services for the public administration (three customers). I
designed and coordinated the development of the Italian private cloud for business and the virtual desktop
environment for offshore Germany (BMW). From December 2016 I was appointed as EMEA Transition Manager
for Infrastructure Project and Datacenter Operational (until September 2017). I coordinate the Infrastructure
Project Team as Functional Leader, 5 Italian members and 1 German member. As PRJ Manager I have unified
the internal department management, communication and reporting procedures towards direct responsibles and
lead several initiative. Since 2015 I have been registered as a focal point of EMEA AD Services, led by the Active
Directory Global Team, cooperating with the world colleagues for maintaining the infrastructure. In this context, I
designed and coordinated the upgrade migration of the Active Directory and the design of the Internal certification
authority for EMEA in collaboration with NA colleagues. As Head of Data Center Italy, in addition to the daily
maintenance/upgrade/ troubleshooting tasks, I am responsible to monitor resource consumption and budget
forecasts to improve the efficiency of Business private cloud services and coordinate their delivery. I maintain
relationships with suppliers starting from the identification of the best services / cost offer, discuss offers and
coordinate their resources. I have close relationships with EMC, DELL, VMWare, Microsoft and Partners.
Years of Italian Business experience in relationship of Datacenter and Network make me the correct laisons
between Business demand and Project answer, by knowing deeply the real environment I could identify possible
improvement in line with time. I certainly guarantee, reach of my experience and flexibility, the strong governance
of the environment from observer to player and the accurate analysis of the impact of new infrastructures, design
and troubleshooting, solutions for the latest innovative software and hardware services, supporting the process
changes that innovative solutions need in the company organization, customer organization I will be involved.
I strongly believe that always, in the life, in the work we cannot play alone against the daily challenges but we have
to play with the team, we have to drive the team as much as we can, we improve from the teaches offered from
the others, the others improve from our teaches. Our behavior is always a sample for all. We all have to reflect
