Reporting to Global Programme Director:

o   I leaded, based on Scrum framework, the delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 2013 based CRM solution globally. Real time solution including telemetry, mobile apps and digital services. The objective of the project is to enable and contribute to a major business change programme of sale operations and supply chain business model for Unilever to improve service levels, asset utilization and operating efficiency of its short shelf-life perishable food at the point of sale.

o   I planned and co-ordinated with Unilever teams in each country, their 3rd party suppliers as well as the suppliers of the IT tools in order to deliver the solution in line with the business change activities.
