Project Profile

Involved as a team member in a On-site projects for Jenlee Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore from the period of July’ 2015 – Sep 2016. 

ARM Based Digital Temperature Controller GPS, GSM :

Client:                                     Adithya institute of technology under AJ Tech.

Programming Language:      Embedded C

Description: This system is based on temperature Controller it monitors the room temperature  this analog signal is amplified by signal conditioning circuit. The analog value is converted into digital by means of Analog to Digital converter. The digital value corresponding to temperature is stored in the embedded microcontroller. 

Role/Responsibilities: 

·         Implementing the full Embedded C Code for Temperature sensor, GSM, ADC and protocol's like UART and display the result to LCD.

·         Involved in the system design and development.

·         Verifying of Schematic Diagrams and PCB Hardware Assembling and Testing.

Wireless Device control system using ARM Micro-Controller:

Protocol/peripherals:           UART, Bluetooth Module (HC-05) , RS232, Temperature sensor.

Description: This project is mainly based on mobile phone communication with the Microcontroller through Bluetooth, here we are using the Android based mobile, and to communicate with the controller we need the supporting software installed in the mobile phone. Bluetooth SPP software must be installed in it. Connect the Bluetooth module with microcontroller using the serial port communication. Then dump the following code in flash memory of controller, open the Bluetooth SPP software it asks for pairing with the Bluetooth module and after pairing the mobile with Bluetooth module then start entering the message whenever the message ‘3’ is entered and sent the relay will be switched ON and if we send ‘4’ Relay is switched OFF. Using the Relay we can switch ON /OFF the electrical device.

·      Implementing the full Embedded C Code for Bluetooth and sensor's like Temperature and heat by using protocols like I2C, UART, and ADC.

Description: An automatic fire alarm system is designed to detect the unwanted presence of fire by monitoring environmental changes associated with combustion. In general, a fire alarm system is classified as either automatically actuated, manually actuated, or both.

·      Implementing the full Embedded C Code for sensor's like smoke, Gas and heat by using protocols like SPI, and ADC.

ARM & PIC based load truck monitoring system:

Description:  This project was developed to automatically check the load value of the truck and to monitoring and determine any unwanted gas or signal's are found while mining work and the position of the truck monitored by using GPS and transmit all the received data's to monitoring room by using GSM. The ARM unit contains GAS sensor and RF Transmitter. The PIC Unit contains GPS, Temperature, RF Receiver and load cell. The received signal was stored in the database and displayed by LCD display.

Role/Responsibilities:  

·      Develop the Embedded C Code for ARM and PIC Micro-controller's and read sensor's like Load cell, Gas and Temperature by I2C, GPS and ADC and transmit it through GSM using UART.

·      To prepare Documentation and user manual for the corresponding projects

Description: Using temperature sensor, we can measure the Temperature in the critical area or working Station. These temperature values are directly converting ADC through that exact temperature displayed in the LCD display and also send the temperature level to user mobile by using the GSM.

·      Implementing the full Embedded C Code for reading result from Temperature sensor by using protocols like I2c and transfer corresponding signal to GSM Module by UART.
