As Technical consultant I was in charge to support and provide technical consulting to implement solutions for Work Force Management using “Invision WFM” tool.  In detail, I was responsible for preparation of pre-sales demo, setup and configuring environments, Integrations and HW estimations.

 

As software engineering I was in charge to designing, configuration and implementation of custom applications to extend and/or replace functionalities of the “Invision WFM” tool.
