Work Experience: Since 01/04/2014 until 01/10/2014: Six months internship in IMEC (Belgium) working on characterization of conductive filaments in resistive switching memories through Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM).
Education and studies:
Master Degree in Electronic Engineering at University of Calabria, obtained on 10/05/2016 with grade 105/110. Thesis title: “Atomic Force Microscopy Characterization of Nanofilaments in Conductive Bridge Resistive Memories”
Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering obtained at University of Calabria on 28/09/2010 with grade 91/110. Thesis title: “Gen-2 RFID reader implementation based on Software Defined Radio technology” High School diploma obtained at Liceo Scientifico R. Lombardi Satriani Petilia Policastro (KR) on July 2006 with grade 100/100.
Technical Skills Electronics:
Good knowledge of most common buses such as: SPI, I2C, RS-485, GPIB, Ethernet; Basic knowledge of Verilog and VHDL for digital design; Microcontroller systems; Good knowledge of analog and digital board design. Knowledge of radiation effects over electronics; Good knowledge of EMC test requirements and procedures; Good knowledge of laboratory instruments and their automatic remote control; Fault detection skill. Advanced experience with AFM for non-volatile emerging memory technologies; Basic learning of Worldwide Conformity Certification (CE marking, UL, CSA), IEC standards and medical device standards.
