I have a business administration degree with fluent english and french, in the last few years I have been working in the retail and digital space of a global footwear and apparel company,VF Corporation based in Swiss, as head of transformation with co- responsabilities in Finance and Reporting areas.
I’m looking for new professional opportunities within Omnichannel space with an increased level of responsabilities to consolidate my current leading  position and skills, get new market experiences and looking for challenging environments with multicultural background. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
VF Corporation(www.vfc.com) 12 billions revenues, 70,000 employees reporting to Global CIO and managing around 15 people. 
Curently leading since 1 year and half  three strategical programs  at EMEA region with budget portfolio  related to:
•    New SAP FMS system implementation within business transformation project which
delivers new technology platform and operating cross brand (VANS,timberland, 
NAPA, The north face, Dickies, EASTPACK and kipling)model, harmonized processes,
KPI and Analytics  as well as finance and controlling to support business across all
functions with focus on retail and Ecommerce.
•    Split of Jeanswear under new company “Kontoor”with new platform to separately control  all the activities related to WRANGLER and LEE  across all functions.
•    E-Invoicing project to deliver across EMEA a new and harmonized platform to control all the Invoicing electronic documents as well as to manage archiving  repository of the same. The project has been delivered for all channels (Wholesale, ecommerce,retail) for Italy and Portugal and it is in progress for Hungary and Poland  countries to be then roll out for all other subsidiaries where required.

My primary role was to supervise:
•    procurement activities to finalize the negotiation with suppliers of new products
•    Co support the development of current web paltform and user experience 
•    facilitate relation with logistic providers and carrier to ensure deliveries and services to customers were on time including supervision of customer service

•    Since July 2015 to June 2016  Program Lead for L’OREAL to support  Supply Chain global function in defining digital  transformation  strategy and Roadmap  
•    Since Jan 2015 to July 2016 Program lead role supporting the business plan and initial concept definition of Transformation strategic initiatives in the fashion market for two major clients KERING and BENETTON
•    Since Sept 2006 to December 2014 Program lead for different programs within UNILEVER Client:
o    Assessment of Supply Chain processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement  and efficiency optimization and qualify related initiatives according to their strategic Supply Chain priorities. As part of this work I have been leading and supporting with a team of 10 people the definition of roadmap and business Case within Customer Service, Transportation Warehousing and logistics functions reporting to C Levels.
o    Global EWM and Transportation Implementation supporting from the definition of RoadMap, IT benefits to the implementation of new harmonized platforms to support new logistic distribution model(team of 30 people).
o    Program Senior Manager contributing also to deliverables supporting carve out of Findus brand from Analysis and evaluation to the new platform definition for the brand with coordination of a team of 20 people
o    Senior Manager role supporting a strategic M&A initiative roadmap definition, ensuring tax efficiency compliancy of new acquired business for 23 EU countries as well as leading the IT workstream to integrate the new business within the harmonized EMEA Platform
o    Finance and supply chain project  manager during European ERP transformation program managing and coordinating FI and Supply chain teams(Onshore/Off shore with peaks of 40 people) during the implementation of the Pilot and subsequent roll out within EU( Italy, France and Spain, Nordics Germany UK and Eastern Europe countries)for  3 years.
•    Since 2001 to July 2006 consultant for different programs within PIRELLI client:
o    Value targeting initiatives in Procurement and Sourcing operating as Project manager supporting  analysis of the extended Procurement processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement and qualify related initiatives following sourcing Processes re- engineering and new model definition. Project included on site visits to UK, Germany and France Italy and Nordics commercial unit and coordination of two functional teams in EU. Reporting to Procurement Director
o    Project Manager during China roll out of global transformation program 
o    FI and SD Business consultant during the European Model design for Global ERP transformation program and roll out of the global template for other European Countries(ie:France,Spain,Italy within EMEA following  LATAM and Australia regions
