• Product Manager for the PhoneSoft Unified Messaging software product largely used across United Nations and other international customers, integrating the telephone voice mail system with the corporate email system Microsoft Outlook / Exchange and IBM Notes / Domino
o Research & Development (C++, VBA)
o Quality Control (use cases definition, debugging, acceptance tests)o Product documentation and manuals
o Demonstrations to prospects
o Exhibitions in international trade shows in Europe and USA

• Project Manager for installations of Unified Messaging servers (voice and fax servers) integrated with the email systems from 250 to 1200 users at: Royal & SunAlliance UK, Socie´te´´ Ge´ne´rale UK, Newedge UK, SG Hambros UK, Rand Merchant Bank ZA, Rand Merchant Bank Asset Management ZA, Amnesty International UK, Amnesty UK, European Union (EULEX), United Nations (BNUB, UNMIS, UNMISS, UNMIL, UNIPSIL, UNIFIL, UNDOF, MINUSTAH, MINURCAT, BINUCA, UNMIN, ONUCI, MINUSMA, MINUSCA, UNON, UNOV, UNLB, UNSBV).
o Design of complex IT infrastructures
