R&D Consultant at **** s.n.c. di **** *** e C. 2003Present I lead my own business as a product engineering consultant. I have worked with several manufacturing companies supporting them in new products development, from the conceptual sketch to the realisation of technical 3D CAD drawings and prototypes; I have faced with issues about cost constraints, quality requirements, complexity of production processes, choices of processing techniques and outsourcing. I have owned and managed three prototyping machines and a laser scanner. I have used several 3D CAD software (mainly Solidworks and Rhinoceros). As a Mc Neel certified teacher I have been teaching several classes about the 3D software Rhinoceros

General Manager at **** s.n.c. di **** Salvatore e C. 19972003 In this role I comprehensively reorganised a company specialised in highend goldsmith production with a dozen of employees. I redefined product mix, selling strategies, roles, organization, processing techniques with their documentation and scheduling system. I introduced the most advanced technologies (manual laser welding, prototyping machines, 3D CAD design) and a costs tracking system connected to a specific account. I decreased costs of financing by reducing stock cost thanks to a reorganization of the production system. I dealt with resistance to change, always aiming at sharing goals and declared ethical values. I joined several professional courses about general and industrial accounting (Associazione Industriali), job safety, leadership, problem solving (ApIndustria), psychology, assertiveness, emotions and stress management (Centro Formazione Camilliani).

PHD Researcher at University of Firenze 19951997 I developed a mathematical model of a grapevine parasite in order to describe its epimemiology. This allowed farmers to reduce the number of chemical treatments and consequently costs and pollution. The model was validated by recording environmental data in Chianti vineyards with electronic sensors and data loggers. I wrote a software program to give daily advice to farmers about chemical treatments timing. I presented my work during some international congresses (FriburgD and MalmoSW) and pubblications (Elsevier, among others).

Electronics Teacher at Istituto Tecnico Industriale Statale Guglielmo Marconi 19911994 I taught Electronics in several classes of the main Electronic High School of Verona district. I organized laboratory tests and courses. I supported my students as their rapresentative in the commissions during their final exams.

Second Lieutenant in Signal Division at NATO FTASE Landsouth HQ 19891990 After a training course in Roma and the subsequent selection I was assigned to a NATO Signal Division with responsability for 120 soldiers. I managed the human resources employed to the HQ offices
