·         Launch of tenders for material procurement (about 80 orders)

Project Engineering Manager – Leading a team of engineering discipline for the optimization of Argo Cluster Project (Italy), a new gas platform of 140 MMSCFD. Activities including (in parallel):

·         Review of detail engineer performed by Company before the launching of the Procurement and Construction tenders

·         New concept definition (feasibility study) for alternative scenarios and comparison with the existing one, and new FEED

·         Review of the existing water treatment unit in refinery to establish the compatibility with waste water from wells

·         Cost reduction of the project after the optimization of 25% (from 900 M$ to 700 M$)

Launch of revised tenders (about 10 tenders for the onshore and offshore development) and management of technical alignment of the tenders

January 2013- November 2015

Eni Spa – Milan, Italy

Project – Process Engineer – Leading a team of engineering discipline leaders in respect of the portfolio of Eni E&P development projects in Libya. Activities including:

·         Coordination of a multidisciplinary team on feasibility and pre-feasibility projects including:

o    New assets development;

o    Brown field revamping;

o    CO2 disposal (re-injection of 600 MMSCFD).

o    Feasibility Study for the development of the offshore Structure D, a gas condensate field (18000 Bopd plus 300 MMSCFD). The feasibility studied analysed three main possible scenarios with the policy of zero flaring emission. The gas was dehydrated and treated to maximise the condensate recovery. More than 100 documents issued (PFDs, H&M Balances, Block Flow Diagram, Electrical Load List, Equipment List, etc)

·         Interface with Project Management Dept;

  • Delivery of FEED for the development of Litchendjili gas project (22,000 Boepd):

o  FEED consisting of two EPC packages and procurement of Long Lead Items

o  FEED delivered within cost and on schedule. More than 1200 documents issued.

  • FEED of the Tunisian oil platforms Maamoura (5000 bopd): revision of all the process engineering documentation issued by the Contractor
  • Feasibility Study for the development of the Tunisian Oil Centre of Zinnia (5000 bopd), receiving Maamoura oil field production.
  • Feasibility study for the upgrading of the Italian Oil Centre of Val d’Agri (current capacity 100000 bopd):  addition of a gas treatment train including a gas sweetening unit, gas dehydration and a Claus / Scott Unit for H2S treatment, for a total increasing capacity of 2 MMSCMD
