Team Leader, responsible for timely organization and follow up, in order to deliver/store technical documentation according to the project plan baseline.

Some task:

– Attend engineering & operations meetings to analyze activities and produce reports on progress

          – Retrieve general info from project/department personnel to support time management

          – Store copies of documentation in an orderly manner, in line with policies and procedures

          – Coordinate project team members

          – Provide a forecast of the on-time delivery rate constantly updated

          – Identify and report any critical case

Tools currently used: Teamcenter-Iman (Siemens), Excel/Word (advanced), EDM, Oracle Unifier/Primavera, Autocad 2D.

Operations Project Manager – GE Oil & Gas (2014 – 1 year)

Purchase Orders’ follow up from end-off to shipping to customer, planning of supply chain activities according to goods' lead time, due dates and Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS), giving input to Finance for invoices’ issue, support of Sourcing Initiatives (Saving, On Time Delivery, Quality), collaborating with internal stakeholders for Saving Activities.
