• Name and position of the employer
Possibilities Unlimited and Ranyaka, Cape Town, South Africa
• Role
Project Leader (in a team of eight people)
• Job done and Responsibilities
Possibilities Unlimited was founded by Dr. Samantha Petersen in order to approach the problems in fishing communities along the west coast in Africa, where the climate change is ruining the life of many. Our partner realized this need when she was trying to bring awareness about climate change to small scale fishermen communities. There is also another organisation involved called Ranyaka, represented by Marli Goussard. Ranyaka has already established two business hubs in Stellenbosch and Magaliesberg. The ultimate aim of Possibilities Unlimited is to develop St. Helena Bay into a place where: people are happy, resilient, enabled, organised, and empowered.
Our part in the big project is founded on the need of first action oriented steps. Structured on action research, the purpose of this collaboration is acting, mapping and collecting local data about the St Helena Bay community (including but not limited to key players, community leaders and local businessmen). In order to validate the initial idea of establishing an entrepreneurial hub in the communities in the south-western coast of Africa (from South Africa to Angola). The intention of the pilot hub is to create a space for dialogues not only between the local entrepreneurs and small scale fishermen but also between the municipalities and the big and small companies in the area.

• Name and position of the employer
AmaElla, Cambridge, UK
• Role
Business Consultant (in a team of four people)
• Job done and Responsibilities
AmaElla believes the lingerie industry is not changing fast enough to the modern issues of ethically manufacturing, sustainable production and environmentally friendly fabrics. They also believe that women in the UK are not offered designer Lingerie that is good for the skin and comfortable to wear.
They are going to provide a solution to this by providing the UK with beautiful, organic and ethically sourced lingerie.
My job for AmaElla consisted on research on the market they wanted to approach and design a strategy to enter it, highlighting target group(s), sales concept, marketing and branding strategy, and providing an action plan together with an implementation plan that consider different revenue streams for it.

11/2015 – 012/2015
• Name and position of the employer
Idé Fabrikken, Aarhus 8000, Denmark
• Role
Concept Designer (in a team of four people)
• Job done and Responsibilities
Idéfabrikken is a potential project initiated by Kim Klastrup, Erik Fruelund and Christer Windeløv-Lidzélius. They reached out to the students enrolled in the Kaospilot program for deeper research into the field of their project, as they wanted the Kaospilot students to be the catalysers of the project. This project is mostly built upon research amongst the project stakeholders and are to be considered as a resource document for the project owners.
I worked within a team producing an analysis of context, partnership opportunities and developing a concept accordingly with our research insights. We have provided an implementation plan to our client as well, to strategically plan their action for future.
