11/2015 – Present Firmware Project Leader at Sinelec S.P.A. – Gruppo Gavio – Tortona (AL) I coordinate a team for develop projects on embedded uP and PLC for Italians highway toll automation. I write the primary part of the code and I schedule the work of team applying SCRUM and considering each personal skill/aspiration, also considering the company target/budget/time. I take care of product certification, I write the firmware requirement, architectural and interwork documentation (for external software suppliers) documents and review the test plan documentation and report for the projects.

07/2012 – 11/2015 Firmware Developer and Project Manager at Coster T. E. S.P.A. – Milano (MI) I designed the control system for building automation, analyzing the custom embedded electronic circuits and developing the Firmware; later I worked as Firmware Project Manager using Agile/SCRUM in a medium team. I produce documentation other than organizing work of my team and manage contacts with the external suppliers and customers, with a technical approach.

12/2010 – 07/2012 PLC & Firmware Programmer at Skytechnology – Torino (TO) I have developed firmware modules and software PLC/Scada for industrial automation for FNTecnologie Nucleari and Michelin-Pneumatici costumers. Subsequently, I worked as firmware consultant for Magneti Marelli, developing parts of automatic transmission program, and for Faiveley Transport developing, in collaboration with Alstom, the simulator and prototype braking system for the Chennai subway train.
