Citibank Singapore Limited is a division of Citibank N.A. of the United States, one of the largest banks in Singapore. The Citi testing COE is focused on performance testing the applications which are related to applications for Security, Compliance, Citi Employee accesses applications.
Role and Responsibilities: As a Performance test analyst and onsite coordinator, QA contributions include NFR Gathering and Specifications review, Workload Modelling, Test planning, test scripting, Performance test execution, monitoring the servers using AppDynamics, analyzing results, documenting defects, Work with business representatives, business analysts, development and support teams to ensure on time testing deliverables to the clients.

Client:  Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation. Duration: March 2015- Feb 2016

Description: 
SDM, an acronym for Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation is Canada's largest retail pharmacy chain. The SOAR Program was a key initiative as part of SDM’s Business roadmap to create one unified cross-channel approach integrating the Omni-Channel customer experience which is driving technology enablement accomplished through customer experience. The program comprised of Web, DB Migration and Webservices performance testing.

Client:  American President Lines Logistics (Singapore). Duration: March 2016-Sep 2016
Description: 
APLL, an acronym for American President Lines Logistics is largest retail pharmacy chain. The Document Management Solution Program is an out of box application developed to scan the contents of the documents and store the content in FileNet.
Role and Responsibilities: As a Test Lead and onsite coordinator, QA contributions include NFR Gathering and Specifications review, Workload Modelling, Test planning and strategy preparation, performance test tool and protocol POC, test scripting and data setup, Performance test execution, Test Results and report generation and reporting the results to the customer.

Client:  AVON (Argentina). Duration: Sep 2016- March 2017

Avon is a largest retail social selling chain in South America. The Social Selling Program is a native mobile application which is the replica of the responsive web application.
Role and Responsibilities: As a Test Lead and onsite coordinator, responsibilities include NFR Gathering and Specifications review, Workload Modelling, CI/CD setup for performance testing, Test planning, test scripting, Performance test execution, Test Results and report generation and reporting the results to the customer.

I was part of team which as responsible for performing Testing for different Modules of the application which are used worldwide by the bank customers. The project is Responsible for Automation and Performance Testing, handled by Team.

Description:
Central Innovative is Responsible for performing Testing for My Wipro Modules, Applications which are used worldwide by Wipro employees and Wipro customers. Some of the Major applications are Project Work Bench System is an online portal for implementing Project related Activities such as Indent Creation, Employee allocations and modification used by all the Project managers and Delivery managers of Wipro, We Buy is an e-procurement tool used to procure the IMG, FMG and Civil, order Services by Wipro employees with different roles like requester, approver, and Wividus, Omniflow is a third party application developed by Omni9 used for processing the claims of clients, IBM Emptoris is used for creating contracts and maintaining the contracts for their customer online and Wipro employees.
Role and Responsibilities: Gathering the requirements, Test scripts preparation using Rational Performance Tester, Neoload and Load Runner, enhancing the scripts, Execution, Report generation and monitoring the server using Wily Introscope, sharing the issues and analysis reports to development teams.
