2015 to 2017 in the Customer Operation Department/Process and Quality as Business Process Analyst and Project Focal Point (like Project Manager) with the following tasks/responsibilities:  Project, document and monitor the production and after-sales processes;  Implement and optimize the production workflow, together with the suppliers;  Define quality service levels in accordance with the Sales & Marketing Department;  Design the monitoring report and closely monitor the progress of the production processes during the marketing initiatives start-up;  Participate to the post-merger integration projects;  Design and implement directional reporting to monitor KPIs of production processes and customer care.
