During my daily work I perform the troubleshooting and the configurations, required from the IT 
departments of our customers, on various technologies like Cisco, HP, Aruba, Checkpoint, Fortinet, 
Citrix and Forcepoint. 
I work in a team compose of 15 people, in a service based of shifts.
Sometimes I take part to a new Projects, alone or with the support of the Senior colleagues, in 
compliance with the deadlines imposed by customer or by our manager. In these project is often 
necessary do an assessment, in addition to the configuration of the appliances, and the collaboration 
with the customer can be fundamental.

I provided remote assistance to our customers to solve hardware and software problems, on 
computers and mobile phones. I worked in a team compose of 10 people.
In fact I'm able to use and troubleshoot the most popular Operating Systems, such as Microsoft 
Windows – Mac OS X, and mobile OS, like Android, Windows Phone and iOS.
I worked as on- site technician at Dolce & Gabbana SRL in Milan where, in addition to the abilities and 
tasks listed before, I also created domain user accounts and mailboxes. Furthermore I was in charge 
of the configuration and management of the iPhone and iPad through the MobileIron console and 
Apple Configurator. The activity listed before was done with the collaboration of two other colleagues 
in the other customer office in Milan, where, in addiction to being the reference for Mac in the group, I 
also cover the role of Onsite Team Leader, in which I reported the work activity done from team to the 
customer Service Manager. Moreover, when it was necessary, I created technical procedures for my 
colleague
