Professional Experience:
I am an IT enthusiast with a degree in Telecommunication Engineering. I have working experience in network and security monitoring and providing remote technical support.
I was an Application Specialist at Macs Tech Srl, responsible for the configuration, testing, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of software equipment for the clients. Macs Tech with 20 years of unique experience in the ceramic sector, has developed a suite of products devoted to solving the problems faced by the ceramic industry.
Previously, I was an Operations Engineer (Network), responsible for diagnosis and troubleshooting the system and network at Ding, a fin-tech company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. It is the number one international top-up platform in the world.

1. Application Specialist (Jan 2019 – Jul 2019)
Company: Macs Tech Srl
Duties/Responsibilities:
Answer, evaluate, and prioritize requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with Keracromia software and eventually other IT related technological issues.
Assist with maintaining asset inventory tracking and licensing information.
Responsible for communicating site requirements to R&D.
Responsible for limited training of site personnel.
