• December 2013: Consultant in Vodafone Group in VCNO – IMS core Engineering team for several projects. Responsible to manage all aspects related the IMS in the Project (Costs, technical aspects, plan, vendor management, risk evaluation, design, capacity management).

• June 2013: Consultant in Vodafone Group in VCNO – IMS core Engineering team for the VOGE Project. Responsible of the IMS architecture (SBCs, HSS, CSCF, DNS..) in the centralized architecture. Responsable of the OpCo integration to the centralized architecture, Systems and services compatibility study, responsible for Low Level document for the solution implementation phase support to the test strategy definition, support the test phases, vendor managemt.

• February 2013: Consultant in Vodafone Group in NSU – IMS core Engineering team for the DRS (Diameter Routing Service) Project. Active support on the design technical solution, support to the delivery infrastructure, vendor management and definition test strategy. Network Engineer – Technical Project Manager • Project management processes definition for the acceptance activities of Ip-PBX NEC in the Fastweb Network, material acceptance procedures definition for Test Lab, policies for testing execution phase outlining and vendor coaching. Managing the day to day of the project as a direct interface between the customer (Fastweb) and vendor (NEC) Systems and services compatibility study, responsible for High Level and Low Level documents for the solution implementation phase and Responsible for the Test List definition. Support to the pre sales. • March 2011-: Saudi Telecom Company (STC), Core Network Design department consultant – Project management processes definition for the STC migration and validation projects, material acceptance procedures definition for STC Test Lab, responsible for the High Level and Low Level Design documents for the solution implementation phase of new equipments. Support to the pre sales.

• September 2009-: Saudi Telecom Company (STC), Core Network Design department consultant – NGN Core (Huawei), NGN Access (Huawei, Nokia/Siemens, Alcatel/Lucent, Ericsson, Thomson, Fujitsu) via IP/MPLS, – Validation activities (as project coordinator), STC vendors teams coordination during the activities (as team manager), supervision during the activities, support during troubleshooting, creation of final report at the end of each activity.

Technical skills and competences

Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, with special preference for PRINCE2 method. Good experience in NGN network and good knowledge SIP protocols. Familiarity with IPPBX systems and experience in a variety of implementation solutions.
