Sep`12 – Sep`15 Mechanical Designer SAME DEUTZ-Fahr – Treviglio, Italy • Responsible for quality assurance in adherence to departmental product design guidelines during prototype stage of tractors and combine harvester cooling system development; • Undertaking research throughout project lifespan in order to ensure optimisation with thermal fluid – dynamics software PowerFLOW and automotive thermal management software KULI utilised; • Liaising with vehicle designers, test department and several suppliers on daily basis; • Designing new components and analysis using 3D modelling UG NX software and checking compatibility of new components with existing parts; • Assimilating and results analysis from research undertaken during presentations delivered to the board; • Assisting with systems testing to ensure correct configurations used.

Dec`11 – Jun`12 Internship Idrotermica Coop – Italy / Mabec Trading – Romania  Renewable energy laboratory development: photovoltaic technologies and hydrogen fuel cells;  Developing and scheme design (P&Is) using Visio;  Liaising with supplier for component usage and information;  Carrying out Energy calculations;  All other tasks as and when required.
