I am an engineer with over 15 years work experience in Telco operator and ICT
consulting firms about Project/Program Management, Presales, Service
Management. Throughout my carrier, I managed complex projects and led large
international teams of colleagues, customers and suppliers. I was able to
demonstrate strong ability in people management and in establishing successful
and reliable relations with both customers and suppliers, also at C-level, thanks to a
collaborative and proactive approach.

Program Manager SPC2

03/2015 – 12/2018

Vodafone Italia, Milano

I was the Program Manager for the end-to-end framework agreement Sistema Pubblico di Connettività 2 (SPC2) for Public Sector (first public sector framework agreement for Vodafone). I was responsible of budget and resources for the following projects:

·       design and deployment of features and capabilities

·       implementation of new tariff plans

·      procurement for VoIP, Videoconference, professional services

·       development of new SLA reporting system

·       set-up of quality and risk management

·       documents and official tests with AgID and Consip test board

I coordinated a multidepartment team, reporting periodically to C-level.

Product&Services Project Manager

·       Inside Marketing Business department, I coordinated all involved Departments to develop and launch to market @Office products and services: convergent VoIP fixed/mobile Vodafone Rete Unica services; Unified Communication services, based on MS O365 (Lync, Sharepoint, Exchange)

·       Regarding UC services, I was the Italian product/project manager of an international working group inside Vodafone Global and we worked together with Microsoft HQ for integrating MS UC solutions and Vodafone VoIP services
