Principali attività e responsabilità • Coordinating external testing teams to perform black box testing on features and products (Web, Game, Mobile) for multiple languages;
• Mentoring and growing external testers and acting as a point of reference for multilingual external teams;
• Communicating with development teams, production and outside 3rd parties to effectively assign coverage where needed;
• Creating, maintaining guides, documents and courses for external testers to ensure the best practices are adopted and integrated;
• Syncing with Central QA, DEV and Local EU teams to provide feedback, reports and relay important information around EU LQA;
• Ensuring that the best quality localization experience is maintained across different Riot products (being it Web, Game or Mobile);
• Managing software tools and applications (such as JIRA) to enable data-informed decisions and have full overview of multiple languages and projects;
• Monitoring, tracking and working on improving team’s overall performance and KPIs;
• Recruitment of new team members to our EU Loc team as well as to external partner's teams;
• Continuous investment in improving Riot's external loc partnerships: building and maintaining relationships, strategic planning, implementing scalable solutions, ensuring alignment, identifying improvement opportunities;
• Support in setting the strategic vision and direction of LQA in Europe by working closely with discipline leads and Product Support initiative;
• Collaboration with other Regional offices and the Central LQA to define and build scalable and robust LQA ecosystem for multiple products for years to come;
• Clearly communicating goals, performance, and key areas of focus for LQA in Europe to senior leaders in an effort to ensure visibility and achieve constant stakeholder alignment across the organization.
