Project Description:
Group that involve in several internal critical systems on the Logistics sector and is also responsible
for direct customer interactions for providing real-time process guidelines, application maintenance
and solution to several business functions from package Pickup – Sortation (Source terminal) –
Transportation – Sortation (Destination terminal) to End user delivery.
RESPONSIBILITY:
The project is related to the real-time process guidelines, server monitoring application
maintenance and providing solution to the user.
TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT:
 iSeries (Four AS400 Servers)
– AS400 servers are the backbone of Logistics information system. It handles large amount
of user, contractor, package information, transportation plan and geographical (HUB,
Station, Substation) information.
– Data Base Management: Retrieving and storing of future day delivery package
information from different environmental applications / servers and make it available to
the Central Information System (CIS).
 Analysis and solution to the customer’s issue through Incident Management.
– Involved in customer problem solving, understanding the user issues and contribute to
the solutions. Preparing technical specifications and coding of any change requests on
defects / challenges of application/ server activity.
– Analysis on user issues, providing solution to the issue by Technical assistance or
Knowledge Transition to the users.
– Involved in monitoring and controlling of threshold job, On-day delivery active
packages, Server job maintenance and Nightly Job – Job that has been run to take the
existing information back up on one another servers.
FUNCTIONAL ENVIRONMENT:
 Customer Experience: Quality of interaction with customer, (e-mail content and
telecommunication). Understanding the customer requirements and contributing to the
program specifications by Problem solving, Root Cause Analysis and knowledge transition
to end user/individuals/ team.
 Managed Services: Following standard CMMI Level 5 Managed Services, Process, Policies,
and checklists on making the standard template towards the documentation on (WSR,
Cisco Agent Call Report, Team Performance Summary, Audit Report, Initial Incident Report,
Customer Feedback Survey and SLA Report) status updates and reporting progress reports
on individuals and team performance to Wipro Management, those stats are helped
towards the Improved Business process and service quality.
 And as part of the weekly performance metrics report, I have documented the automated
Excel report system; this metric report effectively improved the level of internal competitions
and improved performance by the individual’s / Team!

Project DESCRIPTION: Agile Development Model project, named as a “Single System”.
Objective To merge the two internal business model (Home Delivery and Corporate Package
handling process, application, and data management). Designed to eliminate 2 system in package
handling process and achieve One Process, One System across FedEx Package Life Cycle.
RESPONSIBILITY:
 Involved in Agile Development Model and Leading 4 Member Development Project. Since
the project is Onsite based agile team, responsible in guiding and coordinating the offshore
team.
 SPOC for direct client/business team in interaction and coordinating Sprint Demo.
 As a Senior Developer Activities includes: User Story on development of new module, existing
module Major/Minor changes, Data management & processing changes, Report changes,
data support to front end JAVA team, Unit testing, QA and Integration testing.
 Design, code, test case, integration test review & execution with the client team.
 Participate in Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog story refinement, Sprint demo and
retrospective meeting.
 Scheduling, identifying, tracking progress of project milestones and Interfacing with delivery
teams to resolve technical issues in the project.
