Coordinating for budget set‐up & its monitoring (corrective actions in case of overrun). Company Representative towards customer. January 2015 to July 2015 Site Manager, Rezzato Cement Plant Revamping Project (Italy) Direction and responsibility of the project close out of the building operations for the construction of the new kiln line at the plant Italcementi of Rezzato, in order to ensure the terms in the time and on budget. Management of relationships with designers, service providers, CSE, DL, RL and the client. The programming of the timetable of the project through the aid of the Project Control Manager and Planning function. Activities of site preparation, procurement and the delivery of materials through the use of the Material Control Manager. The monitoring of the works progress, quality of work, compliance with in force Norms & Regulations, control of costs and the rate of completion of the phases of the project.
