Time Schedule, Engineering, Procurement and Construction jobs and HR management. Company Representative towards customer. Preparation of the project execution plan for the execution of all project activities in accordance with the Company Business Model. Development and the revision of the Project Execution Plan, monitor the progress of the project phases. Project control set‐up (planning and cost control, WBS and CBS set‐up), procurement and HSE (H&S) Project Integration. Set up of the project document management system (PDMS) for the engineering deliverables planning/monitoring (internal and external) during the whole project life. Coordinating for budget set‐up & its monitoring (corrective actions in case of overrun). Company Representative towards customer.
