Team management for the development of Intesa San Paolo and Banco Popolare applications for the management and support of the branches.

I managed the development of the application “Cambio Banca” from a customized implementation to a generic implementation.

I designed the middleware to manage the application in different banking environment.

In this activity I was fully responsible in terms tasks to prioritize, how to implement solutions (elaborating new solutions if needed) and integrate those in the system.

In my activity I was asked also to write technical analysis and continuously communicate with the customer in order to plan releases, bug fixes, discuss functional details. I've been involved in the mentorship of junior resources.

Previously I developed the application from a functional analysis: my job included the configuration of application servers and database.

I designed the database structure and all his procedures, to allow auto updates from other databases, using shell and batch automatically called from scheduler.

Java Programmer

Java programmer for nationwide retailer such Auchan and Coop Italia: I developed applications to manage the stores (the applications helped the back office managing prices, promos, orders and inventory), I also developed an application to manage the staff to optimize the work using statistical sales data: the software could determinate the right number of workers in every store and in every department.

All the procedures were written in PL-SQL on Oracle db, the applications used Struts as Framework and were installed on OAS.
