• Publication of Qualification Reports and Electrical Addendum Reports (characterization data) in order to satisfy the customer requests every time that a new product, new package or new production line were qualified.

Quality and Reliability group (Non volatile Memories).
Position: “Quality Engineer”.
• Job Purpose was to organize QA acceptance activity on production Fabs in order to ensure and improve production quality.
• QA tests: activity management and electrical failure analysis of the rejects, highlighting the major failure modes to define the necessaries corrective actions to apply in production.
• Cooperation with Product Engineer and designers to define new EWSFT screening and to understand new electrical failure modes.
• EFR trials: activity management and rejects analysis to support Agrate,
Muar (Malaysia), Singapore and Catania reliability tests.
• Monitors and Evaluations trials: rejects analysis, activity management
aimed to value new process changes and lots on hold for quality reasons.
• Issuing regular Reports for all activities up described.
• Training and support to the resident engineers in the back-end plants about QA management and reliability trials, helping them to organize the job, to do preliminary failure analysis and to release reporting.
