Esperienze

I joined GE Oil&Gas in 2011. I am responsible for RAM analysis of NPI & requisitions both in ITO and OTR phases. My work spans the NPI process from the conceptual design to the final release and field reliability measurements, including the definition and allocation of RAM goals, the prediction of failure rates by means of models and Monte-Carlo simulations, Weibull and Reliability Growth Analyses.

I also provide Failure Mode and Effect Analyses when required by customers.

Since 2012 I’m teaching DFR analysis tools through the Reliability Practitioner Program sponsored by GE.

Between 2010-2011, I worked as Reliability & Safety analyst at Rolls-Royce Plc, Civil Aerospace. I was responsible of fleet analyses issues and maintenance intervals optimisation on large civil engines and Team Leader for Life Cycle Cost of the Trent XWB engine development.

Between 2006-2010, I was RAM Engineer responsible of the Reliability and Availability target accomplishment for an R&D system at Rolls-Royce Fuel Cell Systems Ltd. During that period, I achieved a post-doc of excellence (Marie Curie) funded by the European Commission.

    • “Certified Reliability Professional Program (CRP Program)”: is a professional certification program for reliability engineers. It has been designed to distinguish professionals who have gained and successfully demonstrated unquestionable expertise in the field of reliability engineering. ( http://www.reliabilityprofessional.org/ )
    • “General Electric Reliability Practioner Program (RPP Program)”: is a professional certification program for reliability engineers in General Electric Company. It has been designed to distinguish professionals who have gained and successfully demonstrated unquestionable expertise in the field of reliability engineering

    • Good French written and spoken.

IT Knowledges:
    • Dos, Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP, Microsoft Office –Word, Excel, Access, Power point, Outlook , etc;
    • Basic Knowledge of: C++ and Fortran;
    • ReliaSoft software:
        ◦ BlockSim FTD 7: provides a comprehensive platform for complete system reliability and maintainability analysis utilizing a reliability block diagram (RBD) or fault tree analysis (FTA) approach to obtain system results based on component data. The software algebraically computes exact system reliability results for your block diagrams, performs optimum reliability allocations and provides a complex discrete event simulation engine for reliability, maintainability, availability, throughput and life cycle cost analyses;
    • Weibull ++7: performs life data analyses utilizing multiple lifetime distributions, including all forms of the Weibull distribution, with a clear and concise interface geared toward reliability engineering;
    • ALTA: is a commercially available software tool designed expressly for quantitative accelerated life testing data analysis using rigorous scientific analysis methods.
    • RGA:  is a tool that allows you to apply reliability growth models to analyze data from both developmental testing and fielded repairable systems. In the development stage, the software allows you to quantify the reliability growth achieved with each successive design prototype and also provides advanced methods for reliability growth projections, planning and management. For systems operating in the field, RGA allows you to calculate optimum overhaul times and other results without the detailed data sets that normally would be required for repairable system analysis.
o      RCM ++ (Xfmea): provides analysis, data management and reporting for Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) analysis, integrated with full-featured FMEA/FMECA capabilities. The software supports the major industry standards (such as MSG-3 and SAE JA1012) and provides extensive customization capabilities.
