07 2017 – today Healthcare – Deloitte Consultant Project for the development of a new solution for the Campaign Management to centralize Marketing operations and to enable Digital and Physical channels campaign processes. The key to enable this new initiative is to be able to harmonize the Front-Office data coming from local Shop Information Systems (SiS) into a centralized DWH environment. The main Project Tasks are: – Design and implementation of the technical data outbound integration in order to feed data to Marketing Campaign Management System and the FOX System – Building of physical ETL workflow according to the data model – Implementation of monitoring system for wastes management. Software used: Oracle 12c, Oracle Data Integration ODI 12c

09 2015 – 06 2017 Fashion and Luxury – Deloitte Consultant Analysis and realization of an Enterprise Data Warehouse for the Commercial division. The project covers all the realization phases such as requirements gathering, project planning, data modelling, implementation of ETL flows (with ODI). Software used: Oracle 11g, ODI 11g

05 2015 – 08 2015 Fashion and Luxury – Deloitte Analyst Pilot project for Customer segmentation. The project covers the customer base analysis in all its dimensions (data quality, channels, evolution, consumer buying behavior, demographic and social characteristics, incidence of tourists, products, purchasing period) and subdivision of the customer base in a set of clusters with similar characteristics. Software used: IBM SPSS Modeler 16.0
